STAY UP TO DATE WITH THE LATEST COACHING STYLES AND TECHNIQUES

Whilst we would usually run these workshops at the pitch, the reality of the current climate that we find ourselves in means that all of our workshops will be held online. Coaches will find the workshops informative, interactive, practical and easy to apply immediately into their own coaching sessions.

WHO ARE THESE QORKSHOPS SUITABLE FOR?

The workshops that we currently have on offer are suitable for those who have been coaching for 5 years or less, including those who are only just beginning their coaching journey. At least some coaching experience is ideal, even if it is just assisting in a junior session. If you are a parent who helps out at your club, a player who tags along to help out or someone who does 1-5 hours of coaching a week - our coach education is perfect for you.

JUNIOR LEADERS: The coach education workshops are not suitable for you however we are working on something for you guys as we speak

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL WORKSHOP LOOK LIKE?

The workshops will start off with a brief introduction, discussing the main workshop topics. Coaches will then move into breakout rooms to have closer and more specific discussions to really get them thinking before moving back into the main sessions and exploring the topic further.

HOW DOES THIS HELP ME IN THE FUTURE?

Coaches should consider the workshop/s as part of their CPD (Continuing Professional Development) and actively look to apply the learnings into their coaching. At the end of the workshop coaches will be added into a group chat where the conversations can continue, as well as giving opportunities for coaches to network with each other.

The 2023 coach education dates are being finalised.
