PerfX Hockey provides first class hockey coaching at all levels of the game, ranging from grass roots all the way through to elite level athletes. We are always striving to improve PERFormance and to create eXcellence.
On top of running training sessions and holiday camps to juniors of all abilities, PerfX Hockey work with players and coaches on a 1-to-1 basis, which enables a high standard of development. We are always in local schools and communities delivering our coaching sessions - we aim to increase participation in the game whilst bringing through currently unearthed talent. |

Both Jasmine and Sofia have loved the two days of sessions and have not stopped talking about how much fun they had, as well as their achievements. They are both looking forward to playing so they can show their new skills!

The adaptability demonstrated by the coaches was second to none. They were able to provide a technical session which enabled less experienced players to develop and more experienced players to remain challenged all in the same exercise.
