PROTECTING YOUR FAMILY AGAINST COVID-19
Please note that we will be very mindful that players will be wanting to protect themselves as much as possible against COVID-19 given the Christmas celebrations that families will be part of a few days later. For this reason we are limiting numbers to 30 players maximum.
The players will train in bubble groups of 6 and remain in these groups all day. We will be strictly following social distancing guidelines where ever possible and the players will be required to abide by this. Further information about this will be sent out to you before the camp begins.

PROTECTING YOUR CHILD AGAINST THE COLD WEATHER
Due to the weather at this time of year, we are only opening this camp up to players who are aged 11 or above. We will be regularly monitoring all of the players to check that they are warm enough and we have plans in place if things become too cold.
In the event that the pitch is frozen and we are unable to proceed with the camp, all bookings will be refunded to a pro-rota scale - for example if both days are cancelled a full refund will be given, if 1 day is cancelled only 1 day will be refunded.
